Birth Record from hospital of birth

---This is worth it’s wait in gold. If you aren’t familiar with them get a nurse to help read them. You will find out

*How many previous live births ( think siblings)

*How much did they weigh? Their length?

        *Time of birth.

        *Length of pregnancy

        *What type of prenatal care?

Maybe some family medical history ( people share more with doctors than they do with social workers anyday)

*APGAR scores ( get help from a nurse)

*Did the child have medical problems at birth?

*Did the mother test positive for drugs/alcohol?
